Alie Gattis has been a real estate agent serving Central Florida for more than 20 years. Born in Central Florida to a Realtor family and a graduate of the University of Central Florida, there is no place she’d rather call home—and no line of work she finds more rewarding. First Time Homeowner!

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

Great experience!

This was our first time as sellers and Patrick made the process really easy for us. Great marketing of our house and lots of opportunities to host open houses and showings. We were able to get a good price point and close the deal quickly.

Best in the Business!

Patrick is not only incredibly professional, he makes you feel extremely comfortable during the buying process. I am very ask a lot of questions and want to know every aspect of what is going on and Patrick was always available to answer any question no matter how big or small, he also explained everything step by step as we went through it. We were also very particular about what we needed in a house and Patrick was patient as we searched through every neighborhood in the area. In addition you are not just working with him, you have all the resources working together. Patrick's team is knowledgeable and helpful once you get to the closing process. They have every resource available to ensure all parties are constantly updated and every deadline is met.

Highly Recommend Working with Patrick

We sold are home late last year and Patrick was incredible to work with. He was thorough and timely in everything he did from start to finish. This was the first time we sold a house and we had a million questions that Patrick always answered quickly and never made it feel like we were asking to much. He would be quick to reply via email, text or phone. The pictures and videos his firm tools of the house were incredible and really made us proud of our home, and received a lot of traffic. Right down to the signing table and even after we sold the house Patrick was incredible and even helped us with multiple things while we were out of town post sale. We were very happy with Patrick and highly recommend him wherever it selling or looking for a new home.
