I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

I am very ask a lot of questions and want to know every aspect of what is going on and Patrick was always available to answer any question no matter how big or small, he also explained everything step by step as we went through it. We were also very particular about what we needed in a house and Patrick was patient as we searched through every neighborhood in the area. In addition you are not just working with him, you have all the resources working together. Patrick's team is knowledgeable and helpful once you get to the closing process. We sold are home late last year and Patrick was incredible to work with. He was thorough and timely in everything he did from start to finish. This was the first time we sold a house and we had a million questions that Patrick always answered quickly and never made it feel like we were asking to much. He would be quick to reply via email, text or phone. The pictures and videos his firm tools of the house were incredible and really made us proud of our home, and received a lot of traffic. Right down to the signing table and even after we sold the house Patrick was incredible and even helped us with multiple things while we were out of town post sale. We were very happy with Patrick and highly recommend him wherever it selling or looking for a new home.

When I found myself needing to list my house as the market was turning, I turned to Patrick Pixley. He had been my buyer’s agent when I bought the home and I knew he had an extensive file on the home and would be able to most effectively sell that same home for me. I was living on the coast when I bought and Patrick had a lot of extra work since I was working and unavailable. He went above and beyond a typical realtor’s job and did it with a cheerful attitude. The week before I listed, we had a hurricane and incredible rains. I had just invested in new landscaping and Patrick was extremely helpful and checked on the home for me as I had moved again. I both bought and sold quickly because Patrick had kept a close eye on the market and comps and made necessary adjustments. I can’t say enough how having Patrick as my realtor made the purchase and selling of my home easy. Not only was he responsive and effective, he is a kind and helpful person who always wears a smile.
