I started working with Jim at McQuade Home Team Avanti Way Realty a little less than a year now. I’m from out of state and was looking for a large land property in central Florida. Jim took his time to understand what exactly I wanted to do with the land and went out of his way to look at land for me and took drone photos and videos. After several different possible properties and lots of Jim’s time, I was able to close on a land purchase because of his expertise. His knowledge and experience shown with his recommendations for a contractor to build on my property.
