We reached out to Janet who had assisted our family in the Florida area obtain homes. We initially viewed homes virtually, but quickly realized that we would need to see homes in person. I made a ‘last minute’ trip to Florida to meet Janet and her team. She made sure to make herself available and guide us through several viewings in the Orlando area. We came down in February and put in several calls to realty companies Janet was the first one that called us back. Even though I gave her short notice we were only in town for a week the next day Janet lined up several houses for us to look at. We finally decided to go with a new construction, though we didn’t want to pay CDD. Janet located home builders and home developments that did not charge CD D’s. After several days of looking we decided on the house we wanted. Janet assisted all the way with the paperwork as well as after we went home to a different state following up for us. She out to the job site taking pictures and videos for us, which was greatly appreciated. She advocated for us when they were issues. She made buying this home an easy transition.
