Excellent Realtor, great experience.
I have used Realtor Dave to both buy a house and sell a house. He just sold my house on June 29th, 2022. He brought me a buyer who, in my opinion, paid a very high price for my house. The selling price was way above my expectations. Dave knows the areas very well. He fully supports you and updates you along the way. I don't think there is a better agent in the area!!! He sold the house that I bought 4 years ago and brought me a great purchase price when I sold. I fully recommend Realtor Dave to anybody who is interested in purchasing a house in Florida.
