I have used Realtor Dave to both buy a house and sell a house. He just sold my house on June 29th, 2022. He brought me a buyer who, in my opinion, paid a very high price for my house. Carl was a perfect fit to help my family find our perfect vacation rental property. He setup plenty of appointments for showings in the 3 days we were in town to view properties. Our relationship with Carl began through a rental program where his attention to detail and knowledge of the area was clearly evident.
