I was buying and selling at the same time. Betty was the agent for the place I was buying. She was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with anything I needed. She went above and beyond when she offered to help me with the place I was selling as I was acting as my own agent and there were many complications. Her kindness and willingness to help at no cost prompted me to give her that listing after the sale ended up falling through.
