When I decided to list my home for sale, I consulting 4 Realtors. Each provided a market valuation based on the comps in my area. For the most part, all of the comps were the same and 3 of the Realtors suggested an asking price $10,000 below the comps value. Holly's market valuation was right in line with the other 3 Realtors. However, Holly dug deeper into the area's current market and suggested we raise the selling price by $10,000. WHAT?? She explained homes in my area homes were selling faster than the market valuations could adjust. Guess what? Sold in 2 days and $5,000 over Holly's recommended selling point. This gal knows her stuff!!!

Kevin was absolutely amazing at helping us find our first house! He went above and beyond at identifying properties for us and passing along our questions to sellers' agents. As first time home buyers, we were very pleased with how smooth Kevin made the process- explaining every step and constantly answering our questions- no matter the time of day. He also was very accommodating with our work schedules and recognized the hastiness of the current market- getting us into houses as quickly as possible at times that we were available. I was also often surprised by how well he listened to us when we described what we wanted in a house & neighborhood. We're quite picky (one of us is an architect...), so it was great to have him identify properties for us on the MLS listings and tell us specifically when he saw ones he thought we would like the most. He really understood our tastes and what we were looking for- and we eventually landed in a great house! I highly recommend Kevin.
