Got my 'challenging' property to the closing table!!
Carol was a consummate professional from beginning to end, and hung in there with me through a long slow process while I got my property ready for the market. Really helpful in determing market value on the front end of the process when I had a lot of questions. Honest, hard-working, reliable and highly recommended!!

The Only Realtor You Will Need
We contacted Carol after receiving her post card offering her services. Just by reading the post card we were certain Carol would be able to sell our property and she exceeded our expectations. We had been using another realtor for a year with no success. Carol was clear on what the price should be, took pictures which were a vast improvement over the pictures posted by the previous realtor and all communication was timely and concise. I am project manager for a fortune 500 high tech corporation and working with Carol was just like working with my peers. She is very organized and moved the closing process along without issue. Twice a Client, Always Impressed — Carol Goes Above and Beyond!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Carol twice, first when purchasing my condo in 2018 and again this year buying my new home. As a St. Pete native, she has an incredible knowledge of the area and its neighborhoods - a huge advantage during my search. Carol offers great perspective on offer strategies and is excellent at helping manage expectations during negotiations.
