He was always available to answer any questions we might have and was very reassuring along the way. The whole process went exactly as he said it would and we were extremely happy with all of the advice and help he gave us. Kevin is great! We HIGHLY recommend Kevin.His services were invaluable in quickly selling my mother's home. He gave us great input on prepping the house for sale and spotting potential home inspection issues ahead of time. His advice on pricing the house in a rapidly changing market was spot on. He really helped us sift through a multi-offer situation, helping us evaluate the strongest offers. Finally, he did everything necessary to make sure it was smooth sailing through to closing, including lining up an electrician to replace the electrical panel so it would pass code.

Put our parents’ house on the market after they passed away. 2 of the 3 siblings made the process a nightmare with constant ridiculous demands and then never responding for the last 12+ months. I was selling my property using a different company while trying to find one to rent from her. She ended up helping me with the sale of my condo as the company I was using turned out to be incompetent causing me to lose my buyers. Ultimately, I dropped them and hired her to sell the condo for me. It was fast and easy and more profitable. Then she found me one to rent which I ended up buying. So she sold my old one and sold me a new one. 😌
