Barbara Tefteller

Once I spoke with Barb about the odds of my selling; she jumped right in and did a market survey specifically for Sun City Center. My condo was in Kings Point which is a gated area and very well maintained. I asked her if it would sell and how fast, she yes, fast, and for more $$. She got it right! Communication was difficult at times but not necessarily Barb's fault. Was treated well, and all goals met!! Happy ending.

After two years and countless offers, even accepted ones she stuck through the process and we found my absolute dream home. Of course multiple offer situation but with a personal touch and caring attitude the agent on the other side was happy to work with us. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect first home all around 5 start transaction!
