Gina made this buying experience so smooth. She was able to help us sell a property, use our 1031 exchange and purchase our dream property and made it look so effortless. We are thrilled with the home, the neighborhood and most importantly, our Realtor. She did a wonderful job!

I called Gina out of the phone book, the best call I ever made in a real estate adventure. Totally pleasant and unflappable when we hit a rough patch with the title search. She was with me at every step…all done electronically (which really taxes my psyche!). The combination of her professionalism and her human-ness was both endearing and refreshing! Would call her again!

Gina worked with me for almost two years to find the right house. She made it more like a treasure hunt rather than a stressful situation.

Gina, Was the best. I don't know where she came from but she called me up and asked if she could help me sell my house. She offered to meet me on a holiday. She was able the price I never expected to get. I closed on the house within a week. She is the best and I highly recommend her! I will use her in all of my real estate endeavors from now on. Barbara

Gina is an awesome professional that will go way beyond the extra mile! She is definitely a go getter that will surpass client expectations at every turn!! For example, she got us multiple bids for a handy man and a housecleaning lady. Also, when it appeared that we were not buying our preferred home, she jumped on the phone and started to offer us other options. What a go getter!!! Will most definitely recommend Gina to any body in need of real estate services!!!

We found Gina online and now know why her reviews are so great! She was an absolute joy to work with as she makes house hunting/buying so easy. She learns quickly what style a homeowner is looking for, what price range works, and suggests locations without giving an opinion. If Gina doesn’t know the answer to a question or concern, she knows where to find it. And she goes the extra mile to tour homes if the buyer isn’t around to do that. The perfect description of Gina is “She’s the best!”

Gina DosSantos is the best! She was able to find the house checking all boxes of our wants/needs. It was not an easy task since our budget was at the low-end but she was able to find the ONE that meets all of our expectations. She is highly recommended to whomever is looking at buying (or selling) a home.

Recently my family decided to sell our home of 14yrs in Palm Coast and look for something a little bigger. A mutual friend introduced us to Gina DosSantos to be our realtor and it was the greatest introduction ever. Gina was truly an amazing help and support system throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Gina was always available, anytime day or night, to answer any questions I had and to help calm me down whenever I was feeling overwhelmed with the process. Gina was extremely patient with taking us around to see multiple homes before we chose our new forever home! We could see the excitement Gina was having with and for us as we sold our old home and purchased our new home. Gina made sure to be at both closings with us which definitely help calm my nerves seeing her smiling face at the table with us. Gina has become more than just our realtor, she has become a new lifelong friend that will enjoy many gathering with us at our new home. We will definitely recommend Gina to anyone that needs a realtor of their own! Thank you again Gina, we love you!!

Gina is such a delight to work with. She works hard, knows her stuff and is very informed about the area. She helps find the perfect housing solution never giving up. Through Gina’s diligence we bought a lot to build on and then also a house to live in while we build. In such a competitive market, we couldn’t have accomplished this on our own. Call her, you won’t regret it.
