We had our house list with an agent for six months with no results. We found Gina through our neighbor that sold their house and she was highly recommended. After the first meeting with Gina, my wife and I were impressed so we decided to go with with her. Gina is full of energy, she has a wide vision is help and sell, her knowledge real estate helped us selling the property fast, pre inspection was done to be ahead of the game. She is an easy person to communicate with verbally, email or by phone. Gina's professionalism is outstanding, she does whatever it takes to accommodate us, very polite, up beat and caring. The house was sold with no time. We highly recommend Gina. Thank you for your help and dedication.

Can't say enough about the positive experience we had with Gina! She went above and beyond in so many ways from referring us to repair technicians, finding a reliable pool service to delivering homemade lasagna. Truly a blessing. It was a pleasure working with her.

Excellent communications with updates and follow up. She has been a wealth of information with her vast knowledge of contractors and service providers to handle things as they have came up. I know it took sometime, Gina was always on top of things and never gave up on us, when we saw something we wanted to take a look at she found away to make it happen. Thanks Gina.

We were not decided on what kind of property would best suit our needs. This led to looking at houses over a wide area and of various sizes and types. Gina was able to help us through this process. No pressure, just support which was what we needed. Thanks, Gina

I was given Gina's name form a very dear friend I grew up with in Maryland. With the passing of my father, we had a small lot in Florida that we not longer wanted to hold on too. Gina walked us through all of the steps for listing and was always attentive to any of our needs. Her responses to our questions were always addressed and in a timely fashion. Once a buyer was identified Gina assisted us in the closing process that went through without a hitch. I would recommend Gina to any of my friends in the Florida area and would love working with her in the future if the need arisen.
