This was my first time buying a house and I used a VA loan, so the process felt overwhelming and confusing at times. I honestly don’t know if I could’ve done it without my buyer’s agent, Gina. She went above and beyond every step of the way—always quick to respond (often within minutes), incredibly patient, and full of practical advice that came from years of experience. Her guidance made everything smoother: from understanding VA loan requirements, negotiating effectively, to navigating inspections and closing details. She clearly knows the market inside and out and truly cared about getting me the best outcome. If you’re buying a home—especially with a VA loan—I can’t recommend Gina highly enough. She made what could’ve been stressful actually enjoyable!

What I appreciated most was how well she listened to what my family needed, and she did a great job helping us see the pros and cons of each property we considered. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and had some great contacts for inspectors, lenders etc to make sure we knew what we were getting into. Every time I drive home, I am so happy! Thank you, Gina!

Gina is the best agent I've ever had. She knows the area, is responsive and easy to work with and will not just try to sell you anything just to get a commission. She went above and beyond to make the decision and even moving smooth. She had experts check things out without me even asking and even took care of replacing a missing garage door opener to make my experience an A+ on closing day. She has people on call to address anything you need, if she herself cannot answer/inspect something in question. Don't hesitate to choose her as your agent. She will have your back and not pressure you into anything you don't want.

Gina was a great agent! She was on top of the market at all times and updated us weekly. She assisted in helping us line up a roofer to complete a minor repair before closing. We were pleased with her positive and friendly disposition, as well! We would most definitely use her again!!!

We are so grateful to have had Gina DosSantos by our side throughout the sale of our investment property and the purchase of a new one using a 1031 exchange. From start to finish, Gina made what could have been a complex and stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her knowledge of the 1031 exchange process, her attention to detail, and her commitment to protecting our best interests were second to none. She was always available to answer questions, explain our options, and keep us on track with important deadlines. Gina treated us like family and truly went above and beyond. We couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor and partner in this journey!

I am so thankful Gina was recommended to me, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Gina was involved in every step of the process, from helping me find the perfect home, scheduling and rescheduling showings to fit my schedule (7 houses in one day!), scheduling and attending my home inspection and making sure closing took place early at my request. She even continues to assist after closing. Being a buyer from out of town, I felt at ease knowing Gina was with me throughout the whole process. She is personable, professional and has a great sense of humor. I have bought several homes, and Gina is by far the best I have worked with. I highly recommend Gina for all your real estate needs.
