Nothing we could post would ever be enough for how awesome Gina is to work with. Her knowledge of homes and potential red flags allowed us to be confident through the whole shopping experience we were getting a great home. Our first home we found looked amazing at walkthrough but had hidden issues at inspection so we started the process over. Gina always kept us hopeful during the stressful times and never gave up on finding our dream home. Thank you for everything you are so awesome!!!!!

Gina provided fabulous service. As a first time home buyer she walked me through all the steps. She listened to what I wanted and showed me properties I wanted to see, then suggested others I might be interested in. Gina was there every step of the way and I am continuing to work with her as I rent the property until I can make the move permanent next year! Gina is an expert in the region and has helped me navigate the Palm Coast area, showing me where drugstores to college campuses are, and making plenty of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and other fun stuff to do. Gina is always a text or phone call away, and I am happy to call her a new friend!

Gina is the best realtor I've ever had to deal with in my life. We've been dealing with Gina for actually a couple years because we couldn't find the right house that we wanted to live in. I never felt pressured she knew exactly what we were looking for and spent as much time with us as need be. If you need a house in this area or anywhere around it give her a call she is the best! I actually feel like we've made a great friend in the area.

We selected Gina to be our agent initially due to her energy and engagement with us as we worked on other business together. Our home was atypical and required someone that invested time and persistence to result in a successful sale. Throughout the process, I feel that Gina gave us clear and honest answers to our questions and made a sincere effort to help us position our property in a way that was consistent with our needs and the market. I would argue she went above and beyond to help with many of the tedious and thankless tasks involved in preparing the house and fixing issues that arose. I can only imagine that Gina is simply going to get more and more skilled as time goes on, and I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly.

Working with Gina to find our new home made moving to Florida that much more special. She listened to our needs, wants, and desires in what we wanted in a home, and she found it! The entire home buying process was eloquently explained by Gina, and when there was stresses (as there is with any major transaction such as buying a home), Gina was able to reassure us, and with her experience we trusted that it all would work out and it did! We never felt pressured by Gina, and that for us was key, and it turned into a fun adventure! Thank you, Gina!
