As first-time home buyers we were very happy to have Heathers support. Heather is a wonderful realtor which is very important in this tough market. During our search houses were going very fast and other home buyers were taking extreme measures with their offers like forgoing inspections. Heather made a point to get as much information as possible on offers that were accepted over ours to help us understand what sellers were looking for. As we began to lose hope, Heather was encouraging and brought new approaches to the table that ultimately set our final offer apart from others to be accepted.
