Laurie works really hard for her clients, she would show you every house on the market if you'd be willing to go to them. The most important trait of a great realtor is that they are looking out for your best interest, Laurie does at every turn. I am not sure I would be comfortable buying/selling again without Laurie on our side.

Pam was just wonderful to work with! What we anticipated would be a long and stressful process turned out to be rather fun and quick! Even though we cast a hugely wide net, Pam happily embarked on the search with no hesitation. I almost felt bad for the amount of listings we sent her to tour but she gladly put together 2 days of extensive searching - even offering to circle back at the end of our tour day 2 to take a second look at the first house we saw - 40 miles away into rush hour traffic and where the day had started. And that's the house we ended up purchasing! We felt comfortable enough with Pam to be open and candid during the process and felt supported throughout. I plan to recommend Pam to anyone who asks and will be contacting her if/when we are ready to sell!

I want to start by thanking Pam for her awesomeness! She fit my needs and demands perfectly. I met with Pam the day after a debilitating surgery, confined to bed and a wheelchair. Her warmth and understanding was evident and on display. It was clear this was going to be challenging for both of us. I traveled the following day to continue my recovery in Chicago. Pam did not miss a beat. We were able to complete the listing process remotely and achieved a full price offer within hours of the listing going live. She was also present and available for all that followed; closing in approximately one month. Simply amazing! I highly recommend her for her easy disposition, knowledge, efficiency, friendly professionalism and always being on top of things.

Connie made the process of buying a house easy. She was able to explain things in a way that we understood what was happening at all times throughout the process.

The relocation experience with Fazendin was great. We were paired with Colin Simpson and we have never had such a good experience with an agent. No pressure, extremely patient and he even would pick out flaws of the houses for us to think about. Even if he knew the house might not work, he still showed it to us so that he could gain market knowledge. Great connection. Good experience. We would definitely recommend Fazendin and Colin Simpson. Also, Donnie Robin with American Mortgage that was paired with us by your agency was great too. He made the financing process go really smoothly and is overall really nice guy.

Jill was a delight to work with while selling our home and relocating to Connecticut. She made potential stressful situations easy to deal with and helped us get multiple offers very quickly. I highly recommend choosing Jill and Fazendin!
