You are a true professional but also personalized my home search process with your warmth and genuine interest in finding the right home for me.I was shopping at a very competitive price point and in a sellers market. Each day we went out to look at homes you were incredibly well prepared and very patient with my changeing requirements. Your stamina was most impressive as we looked at homes all around the greater metro area and some distant suburbs. Your kind and professional approach never waned.Shopping for homes can be fun but it can also be arduous at times. Very knowledgeable about the neighborhood we were looking for, very warm and friendly personality, and extremely prompt, professional and efficient in her work and communication. We had a complex case due to simultaneous international relocation to the Twin Cities at that time. Yet we were able to have a successful house hunting trip in July and timely closing in end of August. We're so glad she was our partner, and will definitely recommend her for anyone else. Donny Robin and AMEC mortgage company were equally helpful partners.

I went into the process pretty anxious due to a tough experience trying to sell my house the previous year. Jill was incredibly clear in her communication, thorough in her planning and execution. She followed through on 100% of her commitments and offered exceptional service, including spending hours prepping and staging the house and providing me with detailed lists of the things I needed to do so nothing slipped through the cracks. From beginning to end, the process could not have been smoother or more pleasant. Nothing but praise for both Jill and Fazendin Realtors. Would use again in a heartbeat and will recommend to everyone.
