My Fazendin agent worked tirelessly for me through the entire process to ensure that my family and I were able to find a home in our desired area. We faced many challenges through the closing process, but she stuck it out and fought for us all the way to the closing table. I am greatly appreciative for Pam and all that she did for us.

I just can't say enough wonderful things about working with Jerome!! He helped us navigate an extremely challenging environment. He took the time to understand what we were looking for which was very much appreciated. He is professional, trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable, organized and detailed. He was honest and definitely helped us to make the right decisions for us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We would absolutely recommend working with him. With the purchase of a home being such a big decision, having someone like Jerome representing your interests is critical.

Back in the summer of 2018, Lynn Groll helped me sell my family home of 22 years, and find and purchase a smaller place. I knew little of the process of buying and selling homes, but with her knowledge, calm manner, and huge, warm heart, she supported me through the process with relative ease. Lynn is a great realtor who takes the time to listen to your wants, needs and concerns. What, to me, is most amazing about this woman, is her added intuitive gift. She had the insight and vision for the right home for me, even before I fully recognized it. Hardly a day goes by that I don’t internally say thanks that I now live in the perfect place for me! It is a gift to work with Lynn.

Pam was a delight to work with and helped us avoid houses that wouldn’t work with us and encouraged us to make offers on those that did. She was an amazing asset on our side and somehow landed a house at below asking price in this crazy market. We recommend Pam to anyone who asks

Jerome D'Alessandro was our realtor and he helped us every step of the way through the home buying process. He communicated with the lender very effectively and we did not have to do any of that work on the back end. We are very thankful for that. Jerome even helped us find an off market deal from a realtor and we did not have any competition when it came to the offer. Jerome was a 10/10 both on a personal level and as a realtor. We will be recommending him to our friends and family that need a realtor in the future. Best wishes to Jerome and the rest of the Fazendin team. Thanks Jerome!

Knew what I needed and wanted and didn’t waste my time looking at things that wouldn’t work. Julie was very helpful to my family in getting my home ready for sale also.
