Val was wonderful. I live out of state, and Val helped with everything to sell my property. She went to the property numerous times to help identify what needed to be addressed before we could list, she found contractors for me, and she took care of a number of small things around the property. I could not have sold the property as quickly as we did without all the hard work that Val put into it. She was great to work with, and I would recommend her to anyone in the market.

Jill - is AMAZING! She stays right on top of everything. Always quick to respond to text, phone, or email Explains everything about the process, negotiating with buyers, closing, etc Gave great advice on how to prep the house to maximize its appeal to buyers. 60 people saw the house in the first 2-1/2days and on the 3rd day we were selecting between the multiple offers that all came in over the asking price. I can't imagine that the whole process could have gone any quicker and easier than it did. All thanks to Jill!
