I’m a first time homebuyer, and the process stressed me out. T-Fay assured me that she was there to help with all of my needs, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the market, trustworthy, and answered all of my questions. If she didn’t have the answer, she went above and beyond to find it, and got back with me in a timely manner. She takes pride in her job, and it showed.
