It’s fun, it’s engaging, and she helps you realize more things about your dream home that you didn’t think of before. She holds your little baby hand from start to finish, without being overbearing or pushy. The only thing that was stressful for me during my whole experience was how would I bring my refrigerator from my prior house to my new house. Kimberly made sure I knew everything I needed to do step by step, like offering different options for landscapers and Internet providers. She handed me all the numbers I needed to switch the utilities into my name and know what the trash schedule is. Kimberly is amazing and whether you are buying or selling, she has got you covered no matter what. She is also your biggest supporter making sure that the homes are ready and the loan department has got it together. If you’re not shopping or selling your home with Kimberly at your side, are you even doing life right? Kimberly also comes as a package deal with her amazingly supportive realtor spouse, Baziel, and their cutie mini realtor, Sophia. When you finally get the keys to the house, they will leave you with a welcome home package which for me it include some things like a big red bow on my front door and gold balloons that said “welcome home”.
