We cannot praise Kimberly enough, she was such a joy to work with. As first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous but she made the buying process so smooth. In the beginning she asked a lot questions about what we were looking for and it didn’t take many showings for us to find the right one! She was so helpful and understanding. When we had a question, she had an answer. When we had a problem, she had a solution. She explained the paperwork, the numbers, insurance, every detail! She stayed on top of everything and even helped schedule our inspection. She literally went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. Like I said, we cannot praise her enough — she helped turn our dream into reality.

Right off the bat, Kim was very helpful with every step. She went out of her way to make each step of the home purchase comfortable with no pressure to move forward unless we knew the ins and outs about everything which was important for me as first time home buyer. Kim answered every phone call and met up on the weekends and late evenings if we needed to. She is amazing and i’m glad we chose her to guide us through every step of this big decision and part of our life!

My experience was one that was genuine all the way to closing. With ups and downs and all around, but one thing is for sure Malyck was there through it all. From calls, video showing homes, (for I was in another state) from paper work, being there for the inspections, from a deal that didn’t go through (not fault of Malyck or myself) Malyck did not give up! He continued the search ….. We found the house for me …. more paper work, more inspections and he said present to it all. I asked for specifics things and he delivered. The deal was closed. I commend him for working hard. Know that if you choose Malyck he will do what is necessary to have you enjoying a cup of coffee in your new home.

As a first time home buyer we couldn't ask for a better experience with a realtor agent than Jessica Yakhin.. the levels of knowledge this woman has is unbelievable.. she guided us on what to look for to gives us the best bang for our pockets when purchasing a home.. In reality there's is always going to be a pro and cons in each home you are viewing and Jessica did an amazing job pointing out those details in every house we view.. We ended up purchasing a home with a $40,000 positive equity and we couldn't be more happier than that. Jessica and her team (The Avengers) will always be in my blessing.. Choosing the right realtor it's just as important as Choosing the house you want. like I said there's levels to this and i promise If we ever purchase another home it will be with her and her team.

After two years in the process and talking to 5 other realtors before Brooke, she helped us secure our first home! Her knowledge and expertise stood out to me from our first interaction when I reached out. She shared as much information as she could to help me understand the process itself as well as go into depth about what we needed. Her communication is TOP TIER!! we were always kept in the loop about setbacks or moving forward, and if she didn’t have the answer to a question she would point you in the right direction. Everything was explained in great detail and I 100/10 recommend her for anyone trying to start the process to buy a home.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Tony because I took this agent through some changes lol but he stood beside me through the whole process by not giving up on me and always being honest with me.
