Malyck was amazing! I walked into this situation completely clueless to the whole experience. I have never been more lost in my entire adult life. Malyck as very understanding and patient throughout the entire process from contract on build to the closing table. As a first time home buyer we couldn't ask for a better experience with a realtor agent than Jessica Yakhin.. the levels of knowledge this woman has is unbelievable.. she guided us on what to look for to gives us the best bang for our pockets when purchasing a home.. In reality there's is always going to be a pro and cons in each home you are viewing and Jessica did an amazing job pointing out those details in every house we view.. We ended up purchasing a home with a $40,000 positive equity and we couldn't be more happier than that. Jessica and her team (The Avengers) will always be in my blessing.. Choosing the right realtor it's just as important as Choosing the house you want. like I said there's levels to this and i promise If we ever purchase another home it will be with her and her team.

After two years in the process and talking to 5 other realtors before Brooke, she helped us secure our first home! Her knowledge and expertise stood out to me from our first interaction when I reached out. She shared as much information as she could to help me understand the process itself as well as go into depth about what we needed. Her communication is TOP TIER!! we were always kept in the loop about setbacks or moving forward, and if she didn’t have the answer to a question she would point you in the right direction. Everything was explained in great detail and I 100/10 recommend her for anyone trying to start the process to buy a home.

Buying a home can be stressful, especially if it’s your first time; but not with Kimberly. Buying a home with Kimberly Cabrera as your realtor is like shopping with your bestie. It’s fun, it’s engaging, and she helps you realize more things about your dream home that you didn’t think of before. She holds your little baby hand from start to finish, without being overbearing or pushy. The only thing that was stressful for me during my whole experience was how would I bring my refrigerator from my prior house to my new house. Kimberly made sure I knew everything I needed to do step by step, like offering different options for landscapers and Internet providers. She handed me all the numbers I needed to switch the utilities into my name and know what the trash schedule is. Kimberly is amazing and whether you are buying or selling, she has got you covered no matter what. She is also your biggest supporter making sure that the homes are ready and the loan department has got it together. If you’re not shopping or selling your home with Kimberly at your side, are you even doing life right? Kimberly also comes as a package deal with her amazingly supportive realtor spouse, Baziel, and their cutie mini realtor, Sophia. When you finally get the keys to the house, they will leave you with a welcome home package which for me it include some things like a big red bow on my front door and gold balloons that said “welcome home”.
