We cannot praise Kimberly enough, she was such a joy to work with. As first time home buyers, we were extremely nervous but she made the buying process so smooth. In the beginning she asked a lot questions about what we were looking for and it didn’t take many showings for us to find the right one! She was so helpful and understanding. When we had a question, she had an answer. When we had a problem, she had a solution. She explained the paperwork, the numbers, insurance, every detail! My experience was one that was genuine all the way to closing. With ups and downs and all around, but one thing is for sure Malyck was there through it all. From calls, video showing homes, (for I was in another state) from paper work, being there for the inspections, from a deal that didn’t go through (not fault of Malyck or myself) Malyck did not give up! He continued the search ….. We found the house for me …. more paper work, more inspections and he said present to it all. I asked for specifics things and he delivered. The deal was closed. I commend him for working hard. Know that if you choose Malyck he will do what is necessary to have you enjoying a cup of coffee in your new home.
