Hello! My name is Veronica.
I’m a newly licensed real estate agent from the Lakeland, Florida area. I am fluent in both Spanish and English as I am originally from Nicaragua but have been living in the states for over 30 years and have been living in Lakeland for the last 20. I have been married for the last 27 years and have a 22-year-old daughter who attends LMU law school in Knoxville, TN! Being a wife and mother, I understand what it means to have to juggle a stable work-life balance and strive hard every day to outdo what I have accomplished the day before.
Prior to gaining my real estate license, I spent over two decades working in the field of accounting and have grown a large and adaptable skillset. Furthermore, I also spent over a decade working as an Event Personnel Coordinator in charge of the entire South Florida Division at my previous place of employment. This has allowed me to expand my skill set even more and get more personally involved with handling accounts, employees, and day-to-day activities in a fast-paced environment.
I have seen how much the area of Lakeland has grown and adapted to the wants and needs of the people who live in it and I hope to help those wishing to join our community and those who already live it in find the best resources they have in terms of their real estate needs. I have decided to make the jump and begin my career in real estate now because of what I feel I can contribute by helping the Lakeland community, especially the Spanish-speaking Lakeland community by using my vast knowledge in various fields, my ability to easily adapt to ever changing environments, and my strong interpersonal skills that allow me to effectively collaborate and communicate with others.
