I’m a first time homebuyer, and the process stressed me out. T-Fay assured me that she was there to help with all of my needs, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the market, trustworthy, and answered all of my questions. If she didn’t have the answer, she went above and beyond to find it, and got back with me in a timely manner. She takes pride in her job, and it showed. Rather it was an update on the progress of my house, random calls to check on me, reminding me to check my email, or a prayer, she made me feel better throughout the entire process. I will recommend her to anyone who is ready to buy or sell a home. Even if you’re not ready, she will do everything she can to help you get ready.
