Darryl was easy to work with. He did some video walkthroughs with us as we were shopping from out of state. He had a lot of knowledge about the condo market in Cape Coral and helped us find just what we were looking for.

Karen and Ken were amazing to work with. I had limited time to look for and purchase a home and they made that happen! They quickly understood what I was looking for and steered me in the direction of homes that fit my criteria. They went above and beyond to help and service my family. They were friendly and professional. I wouldn't go with anyone else for my real estate needs. Highly recommended!

We have used Charlie and Carol to buy two houses and sell one. We will never use another team as long as we are in their region. Their professionalism, patience and knowledge cannot be matched. As an added bonus, they are just awesome people.

Carol and Charlie were fantastic to work with as we looked for and purchased our new home in Punta Gorda. Carol is easy to work with, dialed in to needs and wants quickly, and was tireless in arranging showing, including a few repeat showings. She was with us from start to closing and was very helpful. Having Charlie to help was great too. He was good at catching issues / defects in the home and helped line up a contractor to address them prior to closing. Both are very knowledgeable of the area and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again if I purchase another home!

I recently worked with Carol & Bob Nelson with the Nelson Group, a real estate agency based in Florida, for the successful sale of my above-mentioned property. Despite being located in the San Francisco Bay Area, their knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process were commendable. Their excellent services and responsiveness made the experience smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend The Nelson Group.

Afra was very professional and knowledgeable during our experience with her selling our home. She was always available to answer questions and was very kind during the process. She outlined what to expect at the beginning of the process and followed up throughout to make it as easy as possible on us. Whenever I would text her or call her she was quick to respond and always answered all our questions.
