Our experience with Carol and Charlie Nelson selling our house in Punta Gorda is very good. They are very hard working, have the knowledge of the local market, they actively advertised and held open houses. They were easy to communicate with and took care of the property in our absence. Afra helped us to buy our first house. My son had passed and I was trying to handle the sale of his home and didn't know what to do. He had a Reverse Mortgage and I was lost at what to do. I called her and she took over not just the sale but even helped me clean the house. I didn't expect to receive any money from the sale but to my surprise I received well above the amount I thought I might receive. She is a fantastic Agent and my friend too.

We recently had Kay sell a house for us. Kay took a lot of time to look at and provide suggestions for listing the property. When we did list, she explained everything in detail and was patient in answering our questions. She was always very responsive when we contacted her. Kay found ways to keep the property "fresh" with other realtors and buyers. She was extra helpful with negotiations and in the closing process as well. I would highly recommend Kay if/when you need a real estate agent.
