Our experience with Carol and Charlie Nelson selling our house in Punta Gorda is very good. They are very hard working, have the knowledge of the local market, they actively advertised and held open houses. They were easy to communicate with and took care of the property in our absence. They knew who to call for help with minor repairs that were needed after the hurricane. We highly recommend them to anyone who thinks of buying or selling the property.
