My son had passed and I was trying to handle the sale of his home and didn't know what to do. He had a Reverse Mortgage and I was lost at what to do. I called her and she took over not just the sale but even helped me clean the house. We recently had Kay sell a house for us. Kay took a lot of time to look at and provide suggestions for listing the property. When we did list, she explained everything in detail and was patient in answering our questions. She was always very responsive when we contacted her. Kay found ways to keep the property "fresh" with other realtors and buyers. She was extra helpful with negotiations and in the closing process as well. I would highly recommend Kay if/when you need a real estate agent.
