Within a week we had our first offer that we decided to decline. Darryl kept working with the buyer until we reached an agreeable price. The sale was complete within a month.

Within a short time, we made an offer and Darryl was in communication and professional throughout the process. From the time we called Darryl (2 nights before wanting to come down to Cape Coral) through several weeks of our buying process he was extremely attentive. He had a prior commitment that Saturday am but told us right after that we would have him the rest of that weekend. And he stayed true to that. He listened to us from the beginning and knew what we were looking for. He set up a showing on all the houses that we wanted to look at (even though it was last minute) and had one house he felt so sure that we would like. He was right, the last one was the one he really wanted us to see, and that was the one. He would always answer our calls or return them promptly. He took over duties for us when we couldn't be here since we were 700 miles away. He still checks in with us now that we are settled in to make sure we are doing OK. He truly made this long distance move so less stressful. Very thankful that we found him. We will never work with any other realtor.
