The Nelson’s visited my place on day 1 and walked me through what kind of decision I needed to make in order to list. Many things I had not thought of at that point. They helped me with ideas to stage the house and even offered to lend a hand if I needed. Then when I was ready they took every opportunity to have an open house. The open house was well advertised with signs outside our development as well as on my street.
