Kim did an outstanding job! I had the utmost confidence in her ability to show and sell my house and help me in my search for a new home. I was nervous, because I am on my own. After my first meeting with Kim, that feeling disappeared. She did a Great job marketing my house and helping me decide what things that I should do, that would give it more curb appeal, and how and what would be beneficial to do inside the house. She helped me find the perfect house for me. She listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. Kim is an excellent, award winning agent. She goes out of her way to help find properties of interest, stays up dated on the client's need, which may change over time. She advocates for her clients. She is also aware of comps and can give good advice when making offers, negotiating, etc. She always works to help her client see the opportunities and possibilities in a property. She is intuitive in what properties will or will not be appealing to her clients. She works across the price ranges and land sizes of available housing. No property is too large or too small. I recommend her with no reservations.
