I am short of words while expressing my gratitude and thanks to John for his unconditional support throughout my home purchase in Ohio. It really started with a few video shows of homes in the beginning followed by our in person visit. We being the first time home buyers were not too aware of the home buying, however it was John who walked us through every single step in the process that the overall experience became a lifetime memory for us. "I selected Jay because his social media marketing is always on-point. He mixes humor with facts and it's memorable. Jay is a hometown guy who cares about his clients and not just the sale. I had Seller's remorse within one week of being in contract, when I could not find a suitable home. I'm sure Jay was naturally disappointed, but his words and actions were always positive. "Because we had Jay when we bought this house in 2017 it was import to me to have Jay help us again. My husband and I live in Florida we didn't know about what the laws are in Ohio. In 2017 we needed so much help getting things done from down here,Jay got us all the phone numbers that we would need to start a new house up north. I was looking for Jay when we first got to Ohio to sell the house, it took about a week to find Jay and did after awhile."
