Kim found me the perfect place in a great area and was very helpful with me since I haven't bought a house in years and took all the time I needed to understand the process... I was told that Kim Cumbo was a very good realtor. That is saying it mildly. I do not know nor have I ever heard of a realtor that goes above and beyond to help the seller and buyer as she has done. She was there helping as We moved out, and she kept me updated on progress of sale. She and the buyer's agent worked hard together for both the seller and the buyer. It was less than a month and house was in contract. Then very soon after it closed. I am now living out of state, she took care of small things that needed repairs or helped me get someone for bigger repairs. I would rater her on a scale of 1 - 10, at 100% BEST REALTOR.
