Jay was experienced and understood the goal. Unfortunately time was not on my side. I know all the reviews of the home were good. And the price was on point. We just couldn’t find the right buyer because of where my home was located. When we found one we took the offer and while I was disappointed, it was no fault of Jay. He was calm and understanding.
