As usual, Jay worked his magic on the sale of our home. This is the third transaction Jay has worked on with us. He handled the open house and additional showings while we were on vacation and we sold for much higher than I expected. He shielded us from some time wasting mistakes made by the buyers agent and hand delivered our closing proceeds after the title company noted the buyers forgot to sign some documents.

We just couldn’t find the right buyer because of where my home was located. When we found one we took the offer and while I was disappointed, it was no fault of Jay. He was calm and understanding. Jay and Dustin were the absolute best. They gave us answers to any and all questions we had throughout the buying and selling process. If they didn’t know the answer, they found the resources to get them. Their dedication to ensure we found the perfect house was shown in every showing, every offer, and every rejection we received. Thru every battle, they were there, reassuring us that they would find our home. Dustin and Jay were kind, offered incredibly comforting words, and were very professional. They had excellent communication with us thru the entire process and made sure we understood what was going out the entire sale and purchase.
