I used Siara to purchase some land. I told her what I would bid. She actually negotiated a better price, and the seller agreed to pay ALL fees andcosts associated with the purchase of the land. Now, we are only talking a $24,000 piece of land, so her commission was only around $720. But, despite that, she still went out of her way and showed up at the closing. And, whenever I texted/called with a question, before or after the sale, she would contact me usually within 30 minutes, max. Outstanding service.

I got in contact with Connie when I had my family view a home she was listing while I was living out of state. Her professionalism and thorough presentation stuck out as someone I would love having represent me in a home purchase or sale, so I decided to ask if she could be my buyer's agent. Connie was willing to drive nearly two hours round trip for four days to look at homes outside of Fairfield County when I was in the state to look at homes. When the perfect house popped up a few months later, she and her daughter Whitney drove up that same day and got the paperwork ready for me to put in offer in that night. The hard work and dedication their family showed made the experience the easiest and most stress-free home purchase I've done since I've been a homeowner. I can't recommend her enough, she will make sure you're taken care of throughout the time you're working together. She will give great advice and feedback about pro's/con's on if the house seems like a good fit.
