Kim is an excellent Realtor. She worked with us for over two years patiently showing us properties that we thought would work for us. When we finally found the one, she guided us through the process of making an offer and securing a contract. She immediately listed our house and got it on the market. She suggested the sale price and we agreed. We had one open house and got 5 offers. The entire process was complete in 6 weeks and we moved. She was always patient with us. When she received the offers, she created a spread sheet to show us which offer would provide the best return. She is excellent in explaining terminology and the proper procedures to accomplish the goal of both buying and selling properties. She knows how the market is changing in order to recommend an acceptable sales price. She effectively networks with bankers to help the buyer acquire financing.
