Gould+ with Keller Williams Winter Park really did a great job of steering me as a nervous first time, single, home owner. They were always available, there was no stupid question, they were quick and concise, and worked very amenably with the seller and sellers agent. The whole process was extremely smooth on the back end, too. Lois and Lynnette made sure to check in with me often to guarantee both myself and my mortgage company were doing what we needed to do -- without being shy to lend a hand. Manny del Valle was highly recommended by an acquaintance and I’m very grateful for the referral. He’s a real pleasure to work with and restored my faith in realtors.
