Gale was such an amazing help with every step of buying a house. We were first-time homebuyers needing to buy from out-of-state with a short timeframe for closing. Her decades of experience and thorough knowledge of the Orlando area helped us find a house that has been perfect for our family. With a baby and a preschooler, and a very specific time we needed to buy, we were unable to both do the house hunt in person. On one trip Gale and my husband found a house we loved and we placed a bid. However, during the negotiation process, Gale helped us notice some potential problems with the house and sellers. Rather than minimize our concerns to make a quick sale, Gale helped us redirect our search and find a different house that was just right for us. I felt comfortable sending my husband alone to Orlando on house-hunting trips because I trusted Gale's judgment and knew that she would give honest and insightful feedback. She was always at the ready to answer any question big or small that we had. Her availability was incredible, and in the rare times that she was unavailable, her wonderful partner Shari was ready to help us in any way we needed. Even after we bought Gale was very helpful in finding contractors, landscapers, anything we might need to settle into our new home.
