Angela and Lisa did a walk through of my home, they were very direct but polite about what I could expect when placing my home on the market. They were forthright about how they would market my home, even though multiple open houses took me out of my comfort zone, They let me know what my options were and why this brings the best results. I took their advice ahead of time by packing up and moving out most of our belongings before listing the house. It made a big difference in showing the house! I had an offer for close to asking price the first open house, and that offer went to closing!

There are so many great things to say about Andy. He knows Central Florida like the back of his hand, he is always available to answer questions, and his experience in different fields allowed him to point certain things out when looking at homes other realtors may not have noticed. Aside from this, the major thing I needed in a realtor was them being patient with me. Andy has patience like no other and he constantly reassured me no matter how many houses we had to look at, that me and my partner would find our forever home. And we did! We had been looking for a new home for the last year. Happened to see the open house & stopped in to view & met Angela. She was very friendly and professional and showed us around. We returned the next day for another look and met Lynnette. She was also very friendly and helpful. Lois was very helpful with filling out forms and communicating information. Lynette responded to all of our texts and email requests in a very timely manner, even after hours and on the weekends. She indulged our requests to see the house "one more time" before making our offer, even though it made her late to her personal engagement. My husband is very detailed and a little high maintenance (ha!), but Lynette kept him calm and handled all of our requests so smoothly and quickly. We connected with Lynette through the listing on Zillow and couldn't be happier. I went on Zillow and saw this beautiful house on the market and clicked the link to request a time to visit...and voila - enter Lynette! We feel so lucky that we were put in touch with her by chance - we couldn't have asked for someone more thorough, detailed and hard-working. She showed us all around the area, giving us insider knowledge on the community of Winter Park to ensure it was what we were looking for. She also took us to see some other listings to compare so that we could make the right decision. The individuals that we met with from your office were all very polite and professional and welcoming. A pleasure to work with! We really felt like Lynette was representing and fighting for our best interests and she wanted us to be happy with the outcome. Lisa and her team were extraordinary. They were able to help us navigate the selling and buying at the same time. Their team was organized and each member had a separate and district speciality to help you. They were always available by text or phone call and worked with us, even after we purchased our home to address any concerns. While I hope I never move again, we would absolutely use the team again if/when we do. They are wonderful!

From the very beginning, we were clear that we had a longer timeline, but the team was happy to help every step of the way even though it may be a long road. We worked primarily with Lynnette, who is kind, knowledgeable, readily available and patient. We also worked with the rest of the team in other capacities and everyone is just fantastic! It was a wonderful experience overall. We appreciated how straight-forward everything was. We were never left wondering what the next steps were. Manny del Valle was highly recommended by an acquaintance and I’m very grateful for the referral. He’s a real pleasure to work with and restored my faith in realtors.
