Holly really knows her stuff. She is persistent on working all the angles to sell your house. She’s not one of those agents that sits back and lets your house sell. She really actively markets it in numerous and diverse avenues. She is very honest and straightforward. We had an out of state trust get an appraisal through a third party in Wisconsin. It was madness but Holly kept her cool and got on the phone with all the parties and made sure that we got the correct appraisal. And when we moved out early, Holly kept an eye on things and even mailed our router back to us. She got us a great price and was accurate on how we should price the house. We are very happy with the whole process working with Holly.

From searching the available inventory to the closing Holly was there beside me. She continually answered my questions and never left me wondering where we were in the process. I couldn’t be happier with my realtor. She’s the best.
