I had to sell my Ward’s house as quickly as possible because he was about to run out of money. A realtor friend in NYC researched and vetted Florida brokers, recommending the Gould+Company team. Angela Robinson's receptiveness and kindness when we met in August of 2016 sealed the deal. Angela was second to none! She was patient and in touch with me throughout the almost two years it took before the house could go on the market, answering every question I had, doing whatever she could to move the process along. When sale time came, Lisa Gould, too, was patient, supportive, and creative with Angela to structure the best and fairest deal for both the seller and the buyer. The process was efficient and speedy, especially in a stressful situation. I am terribly grateful that the team, Angela in particular, stuck with me and never gave up. They were professional, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Angela was determined to sell this house and willing to put in the time to do it.
