Gould+ with Keller Williams Winter Park really did a great job of steering me as a nervous first time, single, home owner. They were always available, there was no stupid question, they were quick and concise, and worked very amenably with the seller and sellers agent. The whole process was extremely smooth on the back end, too. Lois and Lynnette made sure to check in with me often to guarantee both myself and my mortgage company were doing what we needed to do -- without being shy to lend a hand. Lynette responded to all of our texts and email requests in a very timely manner, even after hours and on the weekends. She indulged our requests to see the house "one more time" before making our offer, even though it made her late to her personal engagement. My husband is very detailed and a little high maintenance (ha!), but Lynette kept him calm and handled all of our requests so smoothly and quickly. We connected with Lynette through the listing on Zillow and couldn't be happier. I went on Zillow and saw this beautiful house on the market and clicked the link to request a time to visit...and voila - enter Lynette!
