During my search for a house in July 2020, Mike proved himself masterful at what he does. Always solicitous of my health, he suggested we travel in separate cars and maintain a proper distance when touring the twenty-plus houses that he showed me. In touring the houses, Mike was especially keen in helping see positives and negatives about the places we visited. He consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of what we were about, always pointing out features of the architecture and the surrounding neighborhoods that I might have missed. They were wise in giving me advice to have my offer look attractive to sellers, so my first offer was accepted. They know all the right people (contractors, etc) to get the house in great condition to sell. Nancy is seriously one of my favorite people ever (the rest of the family is pretty great, too).
