From our initial discussion we knew Lisa was going to work hard to make the transition go smoothly. The timing of our sale was difficult given the health situation but she made sure our safety and those that viewed our home was important. After meeting with him, I decided to sign with him. Great decision! I sold my house in 2 days for OVER asking price. I received multiple offers and Tom helped guide me to which was the best offer overall. Tom helped me find my new house, too.
