Kevin is a friendly, knowledgeable and effective real estate agent. He sold my house above asking price within short time. however, not as much as we had initially hoped for. Nonetheless, I am happy with the deal. I provide this candid review with one caveat. Regardless of what agent one hires, it is critical for the seller to remain personally engaged and on top of every detail to make the transaction successful. Will I hire Kevin again? Yes, I definitely would.

Our family was selling our home in Wesley Chapel and we used Brittany as our realtor for the transactions. She was very professional, courteous and current of all aspects for real estate transactions. She helped get contacts or direct us in the right direction of other professionals to do some fix ups for the home all expeditiously to not delay the final closure of the real estate sale. She also ran open houses for us with great turn outs. Brittany is a great realtor and if we have any further real estate transactions she is our realtor going forward. She kept us updated all along the process and even after finalizations made sure we didn’t have any further issues in the final pieces of the sale.

Brittany did an awesome job selling our home. She was very professional, quick and thorough responding to any of our questions, and very competent. We were living out of state when we sold our home so she managed the entire process for us including preparing the home for showing, coordinating paperwork, etc. She was never pushy.
