I honestly thought it would be 1 to 3 years before my land sold but not with Sharanne she had it sold within a few months and for much more than I ever thought I'd get for it she is absolutely awesome Sharanne and her team went far and beyond in my opinion of their duties they were kind polite and very patient I didn't even have to find a notary in Alabama they called one and sent them to my house so I could go over to paperwork and sign it and then sent it back to her she is absolutely the best realtor I've ever dealt with in fact any real estate I ever deal with I will deal with her this was absolutely the first time I have ever done something like this and had no stress whatsoever and for that I think you Sharanne and your team it was absolutely the best experience I've ever had y'all were kind and went Way beyond your duties as far as I'm concerned you really have no idea how much I appreciate what you've done for me they don't mess around they get the job done and get it done efficiently you want to have a stress-free experience Sharanne and her team are the ones to go with I could go on and on with this that's how happy I am with my experience with Sharanne and her team so I'll finish up by saying that I hope Sharanne in her team no how appreciative I am for all the things they've done for me great job thank you
