Kelly from the beginning was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We moved from Washington state to Florida and she was extremely involved in regards to inspections, making appointments on our behalf etc. Kelly also is extremely knowledgeable about the market - trends, comp's etc. - Even negotiated things that I never knew possible. My family has utilized Kelly's expertise for the homes they have purchased in Florida and I'm grateful for having the opportunity to work with her. She went above and beyond and is far superior to the realtors we've had in the past. She will be our go-to person for future endeavors. We HIGHLY recommend her and give her a twenty out of ten!

Both times I have been amazed by her depth of knowledge as well as her never ending patience, support and willingness to assist me with the home buying and selling process. Her communication was outstanding, always timely and professional. Peggy makes you her priority at all times to the extent you feel like you're her only client. When I purchased my home she guided me through the first time home buying process and helped me make an educated decision. She was so easy to work with, when it was time to sell my home she was the obvious choice. Once again her knowledge of and experience in the real estate industry did not let me down. I have a very unique schedule and work from home. I was impressed with how well Peggy managed the showing appointments so they would not conflict with my work schedule. She also modified her communication with me based on my work schedule, only calling on my days off and using text and email on my work days per my preference. She provided me timely updates and reminders prior to each showing and was also quick to provide feedback after the fact. Due to her efforts we had several offers with in days of listing. Peggy helped me navigate the offers, including their terms and conditions so I once again could make an educated decision that was right for me. I firmly believe everything in life happens for a reason. We may not understand it at that moment but it was meant to be. My wife and I had been searching for a home for a while but with the state of the market our “Agent” told us our wants were unrealistic and using a VA loan “would all but eliminate” us from being competitive with other buyers. So we quit and started looking for homes to rent that weren’t way over priced. At that moment a family friend called to check on how our search was going. After informing him we gave up he put me in contact with another agent named Terry Grable (Phenomenal Guy). Terry didn’t work the area we were looking in but gave us the number for Michelle & Vincent Moreno that would change our lives forever. From the moment we called Michelle she was readily available to talk and answer any questions I had. She asked “what where we looking for and when would we be available to move.” Not once did she shoot down our expectations or wants for our house nor did she tell us we couldn’t compete in this housing market. She provided us “solutions” as veterans to better prepare us when bidding on properties. It took Michelle less than 48 hours to find our dream home with “EVERYTHING” in it we were searching for, in the area we wanted, but most importantly in our budget! After placing our bid and being selected by the sellers to purchase Michelle remained “more than agent.” She was like family. Everyday she stayed in constant communication with us.
