Sharanne is knowledgeable about the area of our property. She got started right away and our property sold for full price on the first day. Can't ask for more than that!

Michael was available to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the selling of my home. The moment I decided to put my home on the market for sale, Michael was there the next day with a for sale sign for the home. I really appreciate his dedication in helping us sell our home. Thank you Michael!

Sharanne and her team were always on top of things. Listed my property all over the country. Had answers for my numerous questions and consultations. Had a good feel for the final buyer which got us a higher price given the situation.

I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me along my first time home buyer journey. In a number of ways, Joel went above and beyond to thoroughly explain to me the process start to finish, set my expectations in exploring the market and answer all of my silly “I’ve obviously never done this before” questions! He listened to my wants and needs, challenged my thinking where appropriate (I’m still not a fan of yellow walls lol) and ultimately delivered the home of my dreams! He was always available to jump on a call to answer questions or to jump on the road to show a listing. I called him at 4 pm on a Sunday and he met me at the listing 2 hours later. I wound up purchasing that home. He was always organized, diligent, professional and patient. It was clear to me he had my best interest at heart at all times and I am greatly appreciative of him for that. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking for a top-tier home-buying experience.

Jodi is a very pleasant, hard working and efficient agent. She made the sell of my house a easy transaction and kept in contact with me through out the whole process. If I ever need a agent again she will be the one I call.
